Loch Half-Green is a poet of the Fomorians who begged for mercy as the Tuatha Dé Danann were going to kill him at the Second Battle of Moytura. 

He agrees that from that day forward the Fomorians will leave Ireland to the Tuatha Dé Danann to rule and will follow the judgments of Lugh in all matters. 

He chants the 'Decree of Fastening' to them as an assurance.

When the Tuatha Dé Danann find the sword of Tethra the Fomorian underworld king, Loch Half-Green composes a poem about it in its honour.
