Name: Kilvoydan Cross and High Cross Base
Location: Kilvoydan Townland, Corofin, Co. Clare, Ireland.
Access: Located in a field behind the Kilvoydan Cemetery. From Corofin take the R460 north, take the small side road Newtown lane to the East side of the road as you leave the town. Follow this lane, then take the second lane south to the Kilvoydane cemetery.
Description: A small stone cross has been placed in the tall base for what would have been a tall High Cross. It unsure where this orginal cross went. A small circular base and wall has been built around the cross to protect it from cattle. With its spot overlooking Lough Atedaun what a lovely location this cross has been placed in.
