Errew Standing Stones.
Location -: Errew Townland, Carrigallen, Co
Leitrim.
Access -: There is a road and lane access to this
site. The Standing Stone is South of Carrigallen village. Taking the main road East out of
Carrigallen towards Killashandra/Arvagh. Take the Arvagh turnoff and take the first road
on the right about 2 km out of the village and follow it for 1 km the stones are on
the North side of the road and are easily seen from the road.
Description -: This is a site contains two stones
in a row pointing true North towards Clooncorick Standing Stones. If there were more
stones to this site it would be a Stone Alignment.
